ModuAI is looking for a proactive Product Manager to own their software suite end-to-end. You'll be the connective layer between the ground/operations team and the dev team — gathering requirements from the field, translating them into clear, prioritized tickets, and driving them through to delivery. This is a hands-on PM role, not a purely strategic one: you'll be in the weeds with tickets, priorities, and daily coordination.
Hindi fluency is required, as you'll be working closely with the ground and operations teams.
Requirement Gathering – Work closely with the ground and operations teams to understand real-world workflows, pain points, and feature needs for the GreenAssist suite.
Ticket Creation & Prioritization – Translate gathered requirements into well-scoped tickets for the dev team, and prioritize the backlog based on operational impact and urgency.
Dev Coordination – Track progress with the dev team, unblock issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status and timelines.
Prototyping – Use tools like Claude to quickly prototype ideas and validate concepts before they go into development.
Stakeholder Communication – Keep ground/ops teams and dev teams aligned, managing expectations on both sides.
Process & Time Management – Juggle multiple concurrent requirements and deadlines while maintaining clear documentation and visibility into progress.
1+ years of experience in product management or a similar cross-functional coordination role
Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) — mandatory, for working with ground/ops teams
Good technical understanding — comfortable discussing technical constraints and trade-offs with developers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with a ticketing/project management tool such as Plane, Linear, or Jira
Familiarity with Claude (or similar AI tools) for prototyping
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Willingness to travel occasionally (a few times a year) as needed
Prior experience working with field/operations teams
Experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment
Basic understanding of software development workflows (sprints, backlogs, releases)
Ability to translate ambiguous, ground-level input into clear, actionable tickets
Strong prioritization instincts — knowing what matters most, when
Comfortable being the communication bridge between non-technical and technical teams
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple threads at once
