We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable fresh B.Tech CSE or IT graduate to join our team as an Associate in the Founder's Office. This is a versatile role that requires a proactive approach and ability to handle diverse responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Support company founder by managing a wide range of operational tasks
Participate in recruitment process, including candidate screening and initial phone interviews
Conduct sales-related activities, including cold calling and client research
Assist in business development by identifying and engaging potential clients and partners
Manage project tracking and coordination
Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements
Ensure smooth communication and synchronization across different company functions

Requirements:

Fresh B.Tech graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent multitasking abilities
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
Comfortable with ambiguity in projects
Willingness to take ownership and initiative
