Position Summary

As a Senior AWS Infra & DevOps Engineer, you will lead cloud infrastructure design, ensure platform resilience, handle complex incidents, and mentor engineers while working closely with architects and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Reliability

• Design and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient AWS architectures

• Own infrastructure components across EC2, ECS, EKS, ASG, VPC, ALB, IAM

• Drive high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies

Incident Management & Operations

• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis

• Identify failure patterns and implement long-term fixes

• Provide L3/L4 operational support and platform ownership

CI/CD & Platform Engineering

• Architect and standardize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS tools

• Improve deployment safety, observability, and automation

• Define best practices for release management and rollback strategies

Automation & Tooling

• Build internal tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency

• Write advanced automation scripts in Bash and Python

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

• Work closely with Architects, Design Experts, and Engineering squads

• Drive documentation, SOPs, and operational excellence

Competencies & Experience

Required

• 5+ years of DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience

• Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud-native architectures

• Strong experience with Jenkins-based CI/CD systems

• Advanced containerization and orchestration experience

• Strong networking, security, and system design fundamentals

• Proven experience handling production systems at scale

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes at scale

• Experience with Packer and AMI pipelines

• Strong experience with monitoring and observability platforms

• Background in regulated or compliance-heavy environments

• Experience with .NET Core applications
